Media Blasting

What is Abrasive Blasting?

Where We Are
The abrasive blasting operation is located at our maintenance shop and warehouse facility located in Hillyer Robinson Industrial Park, in Anniston, Alabama. The 15,000 square foot facility encompasses 3 acres of fenced exterior storage. The complex is located just off U.S Highway 78, located just minutes away from Interstate 20.

What We Do
We use the latest micro fine abrasive blasting technology to renew and restore various types of surfaces, to include:
• Masonry / Brick Structures
• Metal Structures
• Auto Restoration / Stripping
• Car Components
• Wheel Restorations
• Industrial / Commercial Equipment
• Agricultural Equipment
• Wrought Iron Restoration
• Vintage / Antique Collectible Restoration
How We Do It
We use an abrasive booth that is 30 ft. X 15 ft. The booth contains highly pressurized air which is used to propel a stream of micro fine abrasive material on to the item in order to smooth a rough surface, and to clean and remove surface contaminants such as paint, rust, grease and layers of debris. We use various different types of media in this process in order to achieve the desired finish. We adhere to the strictest OSHA standards in our operations. The materials that we use will not warp or damage delicate surfaces and are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
No job is ever too big or too small for us.
Pricing is based on the total man hours to complete the work plus the cost of materials. Please call us for a free quote.
